• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We pick, pack, and hand off these orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.
